Payment Terms:

50% to be paid upon confirmation of the availability of accommodation, as required for commitment and to pay advances to the lodges to block the rooms.
50% balance to be paid 4 weeks before arrival.

Payment Methods: We accept payments by online credit cards with a surcharge of 5% as bank charges, bank telegraphic transfer (TT) with a surcharge of USD 50 per transfer, and cash upon arrival. Note that USD cash should be in notes older than 2009, as notes below 2009 are not accepted and used in Tanzania.
