Day 1

Arusha City to Tarangire National Park

Following breakfast at your accommodation, your pick-up is scheduled for 08:00 this morning. The journey commences with a scenic drive southwest through the Masai steppe lands, leading you to Tarangire National Park. A picnic lunch will be provided for your enjoyment during the drive. Spend the day immersed in Tarangire, observing one of Tanzania’s largest elephant populations and marveling at the diverse scenery, highlighted by the iconic baobab trees that define the park. Tarangire is renowned for its abundant wildlife, including elephants, zebras, elands, wildebeests, and various predators.

At the designated picnic site, relish a delightful lunch with a panoramic view of the Tarangire River, overlooking the valley where numerous animals gather to drink from the river. Post-lunch, continue your game drives until mid-afternoon, at which point you’ll head towards Mto wa Mbu for an overnight stay.

Indulge in dinner and spend the night at Twiga Campsite. (Full Board)

Day 2

Serengeti National Park

Enjoy a leisurely breakfast before embarking on your journey with a picnic lunch in tow. Drive past the majestic Great Rift Valley escarpment, traversing through the picturesque landscapes adorned with wheat and coffee farms as you make your way to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Following the necessary permit processing, continue your expedition to the renowned Serengeti National Park. Along the way, there’s an opportunity for a brief stop at the Olduvai Gorge for those interested in an optional tour.

Picnic lunch will be served at Naabi Hill Gate, providing a moment to refuel and appreciate the surroundings. Following lunch, proceed to Central Serengeti with game drives along the route to your designated Camp/Lodge.

Conclude the day with a hearty dinner and spend the night at Serengeti Public Campsite. (Full Board)

Day 3

Full Day Game Drive at Serengeti National Park

Immerse yourself in a full day of exhilarating game viewing in the central Serengeti and Seronera River Valley, aiming to optimize your opportunities for wildlife encounters. This region boasts a wealth of wildlife throughout the year and is particularly known for its frequent sightings of big cats, including majestic leopards and powerful lions.

As you explore the diverse landscapes and observe the fascinating animal behavior, you’ll have the chance to witness the untamed beauty of the Serengeti ecosystem. After a day filled with memorable wildlife encounters, return to Serengeti Public Campsite for a satisfying dinner and a restful overnight stay. (Full Board)

Day 4

Serengeti /Karatu

Following breakfast at the Lodge/Camp, embark on your journey to Ngorongoro with a picnic lunch in hand. Begin the day by observing the wildlife around Seronera Valley before continuing the drive to Ngorongoro with captivating game drives along the route. A picnic lunch will be provided on the way. If you’re interested, today offers the opportunity to visit a Maasai Village, where you can engage with the Maasai people, witness their activities, explore their homes, and gain insights into their way of life.

Later in the day, proceed to the camp for a well-deserved overnight stay at Simba Campsite. Conclude your day with a satisfying dinner. (Full Board)

Day 5

Ngorongoro/Ngorongoro Crater

Following breakfast at the Lodge, set out with a picnic lunch for Ngorongoro Crater, a designated World Heritage Site and home to a diverse population of nearly 25,000 animals. Spend the entire day exploring this natural wonder, providing you with a genuine opportunity to witness the famed “big five”: lion, elephant, endangered black rhino, buffalo, and a myriad of other African mammal species. Ngorongoro Crater showcases a stunning variety of habitats, each harboring its own unique wildlife and flora.

During your exploration, take a break to stretch your legs and savor a picnic lunch at Ngoitokitok Springs, where you can observe hippos jostling for position in the water. After lunch, continue with your game viewing adventures, departing the crater floor in the late afternoon and returning to Simba Campsite.

Conclude your day with a fulfilling dinner and overnight stay. (Full Board)

Day 6

Ngorongoro/Lake Manyara/Arusha

Begin your day with a satisfying breakfast before embarking on a drive to Lake Manyara National Park for a half-day of thrilling game drives. This remarkable park is characterized by an underground water forest and an alkaline lake that hosts thousands of flamingoes during specific times of the year. Engage in game viewing, soaking in the diverse wildlife and the unique landscapes that define Lake Manyara.

A picnic lunch will be provided, allowing you to refuel amidst the beauty of the park. In the late afternoon, commence your journey back to Arusha for drop-off, marking the conclusion of your safari adventure.

This marks the end of our service, and we hope you have had a memorable and enriching experience in the stunning landscapes and wildlife habitats of Tanzania.
